Default 7800 GTX Rumors
An inside source has informed TWL that the 7800 has some interesting issues.

If the temperature of the 7800 GTX drops below a certain temp the card may actually throttle itself back and run slower. This is an interesting "feature" but it spells bad news for all those water cooling fans and extreme coolers who utilize peltiers to max out their cards. Supposedly Nvidia is aware of the issue and is fixing this in their next release of the drivers.

If you can confirm or deny this please post your experience.

I didnt say this made sense, its just some inside info into the bugs they are working out of the 7800 GTX.
