Default Kicked my netgear to the curb

I have been struggling with an inexpensive netgear wgr614v4 for about 2 years as my gateway wireless router. Unfortunately the thing always would drop out on certain wireless connections on a regular basis. Finally had enough and decided to get a new dsl modem and router at the same time and went with one of the combo 2wire devices for my AT&T set up.

Also bumped up to the 6 meg service, which is blazing fast. Anyways, since I upgraded, the drop outs have gone away and my signal strength and coverage area has improved by about 80%. The lesson learned is although with a rebate I got my Netgear for free, it was not worth it.
