Default What would you like to see TechwareLabs review?

Hey Guys,

Jason Dumbaugh here. As the PR Manager, it's sometimes hard to think of items you all would like to see reviewed. While we try to get everything under the sun, there may have been a couple of brands or products we overlooked.

Anybody want to see us review something special?

I dont know if its even available yet , or in production , but I'd like to see a review of the OCZ Nia ( neural Impluse Actuator )

http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/ocz_peripherals/

Tech like this is something I love to hear about ,but like VR and 3D it always tends to fall short of what it promises. Maybe OCZ had finally made something that does what it claims

I don't see it on their site. I'll see what I can do.

case reviews = best in the world

most sites neglect to go really in depth with case reviews...

there needs to be real world examples in reviews so that people can understand if they can or will like it

As stated by commandercup, case reviews are pretty much my favorite. I also love to read about new cooling products - fans, water, heatsinks, etc.

I'd like to see some external enclosures for HD's reviewed. Transfer rates via USB 2.0 and eSATA, heat dissipation, build quality. There are a few, but compared to how many out on the market I've seen these days...

I'm working my way through an Antec Twelve Hundred right now, I know of at least 2 more cases that are being reviewed right now. Expect about 3 or more of those in the coming week or so.

Also for Jedhian, I believe a drive enclosure review is in the works as well, I'll confirm that and get back to you.

Keep the feedback coming, we listen to it and do our best to accommodate requests.

A leaderboard could be very cool!

for example, "Best case under 99, Best case 100-149, Best case 150-199, Best case 200+"

Even though there are many reviews out there of various parts, it can be hard to decide between product A vs product B based on different reviews/reviewers. But because you guys had the chance to personally use many of these products, you have a much better idea as to which YOU would rather use.

Just an idea!
