Web TV calls 911
WebTV units that download a certain file have been rebooting and dialing 911. Some think it's just a prank but I think the units are trying to call our for help after the Microsoft takeover.

Well considering the user installed base of probably about 73 people (give or take 50). I doubt if it could do much harm even if it did self propagate. ;D

That could actually be a big problem, because those who need help won't be able to get it.

Very good point Vee_Ess. I work in the emergency service and that's a very valid point. It sucks going out on false alarms. But like I said considering the installed user base it shouldn't be much of a problem.
