With a mix of steel and plastic (and weighing in at 9.8kg), the Cooler Master CM 690 is certainly built to a budget and that's reflected in the £50 price-tag, though not necessarily the feature-set. Water-cooling prep? Yup. Up to eight fans? Indeed. Tool-free drive-fitting? Naturally. And there's more besides.
