Default Outlook express!! Problems...Problems.!

How can I uninstall it and re-install..I am having problems sending e-mails....I think I entered teh wrong thing..like (pop3) don't know where top go to try and correct it...so i want to uninstall but it seems like there is no uninstall..exe

I have a compaq presario 5410us with xp home edition.


this is the error message i get?


The host 'outlook express' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'pop3', Server: 'outlook express', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D



Does anyone know how to fix it? or can help me re-install outlook

I don't know what version you're using, so i'm guessing it's 5

go to Tools(top menu) -> Accounts -> Mail Tab -> Then go to servers

Hope you understand that. I can make a graphics presentation but I'm short on time at the moment

Bleh. OE, some bad times w/ that..ugh, the most proned email system to spam...well for me unfortunately. Yeah, take uranium's advice tho...it seems to work.
