Your 3dMark03 is screwed up. 7000 points? Ive got a little different setup with better results:

AMD 64 3000+ @ 2175
Crucial 1GB PC3200
WD 80JB
Windows XP Pro
Powercolor Radeon 9800 Pro 256mb

3Dmark03 - 9078
3Dmark01- 22,120

Check your background services running etc. Something is seriously robbing you of points.

It's the video memory, it seems that 256 is much better than 128, I believe that's what's knocking my score down.

Dont use the utility that OC's from within windows. do it through the bios, thats a more truthful way. Set it up in the bios like you would in windows and see if its stable and produces better results.
