Default Investing in New Parts

Well I just got my last paycheck and I have 1,200 Euros in my account now.

I am wondering what would be some good upgrades to make to cooling and if my case needs to be changed out?

Current Specs and pics:

AMD 64 Bit 3000+ K8T Neo Motherboard
1024 DDR 400 MHz
Geforce 6800 Ultra 256 MB
400 Watt PSU (about to be upgraded to antec 500+Watt)

under 400 euros if possible. if you spot deals post here as well

my case has been falling apart ever sense I got it..if I remember i'll take a pic and show you.. it started after I fried the power connection on the case when i first set up my last mobo that I eventually lost to a bios flash... so i had to get a new power button setup thing.. but it was the wrong size, so i had to wedge it in and cut it and stuff....
