Aladdin Advance 64 modchip

I recently bought and installed an aladdin advance 64 modchip into my xbox. I checked and double checked all of the connections and even used a meter to see if they were going through or crossing. Everything seems to be ok. but when i start my xbox it shuts itsself down and then restarts, when it restarts the led is blinking and then it restarts again and then the led starts blinking red and green, whats wrong here?

ps. aladdin-chip.com/forums has been shut down because i believe the owner forgot to pay rent. so i came here to see if anyone could help me.
