Default yay.....boo

I just cracked my comp out of the moving box and popped in my brand spankin new 6800 ultra.

Since it didnt have an VGA port I had to use a DVI converter that came with it. I booted up and there are some lines on my screen. Not noticeable unless you look really but this line of text on my screen is crooked.

A few lines are crooked and my screen bounces every now and then.

ive installed drivers and degaussed my monitor with no change. What is going on? Is the monitor damaged? Nvidia Popped up with a Insufficent power popup so I am going to go buy a 500 W PSU later today. OH boy swapping cables my favorite passtime.

i'd think either the lack of power or something wrong with the converter or monitor

your main goal is to get something that's going to solve your problem.. it doesn't matter what value you get if it doesn't fix the problem...

only because that's not very much $ coming in... but if you don't have anything else to spend it on.. then it does count.. $ = $..
