Default Exeem. Whos excited?

For those who dont know what it is.....

It's Bittorrent meets Kazaa. But better than Kazaa.

Exeem uses the torrent protocol (upload more download more) to download from a series of peers. How is this different from Kazaa? Why WONT it be shut down? Simple. It makes EVERYONE what bittorrent users call a tracker. A tracker tells every user who has what piece of a file and then organizes the connections. Nothing more. It doesnt necessarily host the file. Sometimes it does. Exeem is decentralized. Once it's on the internet it's popularity it completely up to the users seeding. The designers cannot change or edit it. Hence making them legally immune. Snd since exeem is not hosted anywhere except by the users.....it cannot be shut down.

Anyone heard of it? Most of the people i've talked to haven't. I am in the current closed beta. And Let me tell you. It's already quite good. It's going to be better once there are a few hundred thousand users.

The current issues surrounding it are:

It will have optional spyware to support it and it will always have one ad banner.

What is to keep it from being swamped with fake files from the RIAA and Overpeer people?

How much control on the network is needed to make sure it works and to make sure it can't be shut down.

Questions? Comments?
