Default 9-11-01 Remembered ?

Plan to watch all the continuous news coverage of 9-11 tomorrow ? Well, to me , too much coverage is counter-productive. It desensitizes us to its acceptance rather than its importance, like the starving masses in Africa we see each night while we enjoy our evening meal. While America's kids eat a third of their plate and rake the remainder in the garbage, millions of kids worldwide are literally starving.

But back to 9-11-01,
here is a touching scene from those that felt our pain.

A small Russian lad lays his small wreath on the makeshift memorial outside the U.S. Embassy Gates in Moscow the next day along side a framed picture of Jesus Christ.

non stop continuos coverage just annoys me, when princess diana was killed in the car crash there was at least 7 days of mostly non-stop coverage on all uk news channels and papers.. it just annoyed me

im not a fan of royalty, but i respect what she did but that much coverage was just ridiculour

same with 11/9 (british date format :P) , yes i respect what happened, i do feel bad for it, but im not going to watch non-stop coverage of it, its enough to drive you mental, i agree that it just desensitizes you, too much of something just puts you off it

You may ask why my font is not in orange, well that is because i feel that this is a serious subject, and do not feel to distract people with my bright text....

I am still trying to get over the mear fact that it has been a whole 52 weeks, 365 days, 8,760 hours, 525, 600 minutes, and 31,536,000 seconds since that date arrived....saddening...yet it is an awkward feeling, the time flew like maddness. I wan't you guys to take a look at this picture, and tell me what it signifies...be wether remeberance, or be wether sadness...what are your reactions to this one...?

God Bless America....United We Stand!

SS, I see that image as a collective reminder of the thousands of innocent citizens that were wiped out in a split second. As sad and grim as it is, it is still a portrait of our resolve, reach and determination.
The eagle is the symbol of the American Military and power, shedding a tear for the loss of human life on our soil by a deliberate cowardly act of a terrorist. This expresses our consciousness of the event. The eagle also is saying that those responsible will pay !
Yes, this one image pretty well sums up the American conscious.

[color=orange]Ah, yes Jinx...very good interpretation. These evil, inhumane, no souls for crap type "people" ( dare i give them that great title ) should be locked up for ever, and then some. It's a shame that we most likely will never find each and every member of that sickening group...but I believe all we need is Bin Loser. Just think of it this way. King Louis the XVI, yes he was sycho...and within his greedyself, he was overturned by a weaker force (in that time), women, giving you your modern day, civilized France. What that says is that we need not much people to find this guy, but much determination and will power to seek and destroy must fill individual minds in order to capture this wreched, horrid, dispickable, low life.....well I think you can finish the rest...demon. He will not remain un findable...that I know is true.[color]
