What's the best way to remove the pins from a molex connector?

Tie the wire to your bumper, and put the molex in a vise, get in the car and floor it works every time!

there is something called the molex pin extractor

saw it at our twl's case clean up article

I just use a threading needle to get the connectors out of the housing.
