Toshiba Notebook mail-in Rebate

I don't know if any of you suffered similar situation. But I feel the whole scenario is totally a bullshit.

I have purchased a Toshiba notebook January this year - which was claimed to have a mail-in rebate for a battery (or power adapter) for such notebook.

I mailed in all necessary materials on mid Feb and received a application approval (and confirmation) on mid March (about 3 weeks later). But until now, (end of June) I still have not received my rebate (battery or power adapter). I have been trying to call them so many times and all I have got is hips of questions to just identify myself and the only answer I could get is "out of stock". And there was no indications about when I will be able to receive my rebate at all.... :mad:

I don't know what you guys think about this.... But I don't think this is a very good impression to Toshiba's service at all.
