just a hint for the future, the best way to clean that up, as long as it has rained recently (i.e. you're not in the middle of a drought) is to just light the toilet paper. It burns at a pertty low temperature so you shouldn't need to worry about burning any trees down as long as there is some moisture in them (good idea tohave a hose around, just in case)

Take the TP from your house and stuff it in their mail box
OR
Take a few cans of shaving cream Freeze them
Once frozen Cut them open.......hide them in places around their houses open car windows are good. When they melt the cream will expand and cover EVERYTHING in shaving cream much worse than TP

i've heard of that can thing, although the freezing a compressed air can doesn't seem too smart or safe, especially the part about cutting it open.

Wow, isn't it the wrong season for this? We always do this in October.
Anyway, here's how you get them back: Take some vasoline and put it under the handle on their car doors. When they go to open their door, their fingers will pop and they'll feel like they've broken their fingers.
-OR-
Find some roadkill. Get under their cars and put it right above their Catalyac convertor, make sure you get it where it won't move when they drive. This will cause such a stink they can't bear it, and they'll never be able to find the stinch for a few weeks until it's gone.
Remember these are a friends copywrited moves.
