Default Power Supply Blunder

I have been having moderate stability problems (restarting once in a great while when gaming for extended lengths of time)
I'm very overclocked right now - and when i run the sandra burn in test it tells me after each test what the voltage and wattage levels are. On the first test, the v's and w's are level and consistant. On the 10th test, they are all over the place, check out the pictures. (they're in opposite order)

So does it mean that my 350w psu that came with my case can't take the heat? Is this good enough? - http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...5&searchdepa=0 I want a quiet psu, but it has to be powerful enough to keep me stable.

Thats not too bad, try looking at the EG465 series... anandtech seemed to like it a lot. Not so much as quiet though very solid nonetheless. http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...pa=1&section=4

not sure
theyve been on enermax website for sometime
it would take retailers sometime to stock it too
so sometime next quarter im guessing

havent read any reviews about it

i have the 465VE-FM
no adjustable but it is thermal controlled
its quiet enuf already since my heatsink fan is the loudest one in my comp now unlike my old sparkle 300w with a loud ADDA 92mm fan

no, still the same old psu.. it's not too loud (well I don't notice it compared to my cpu fan) I just want to try to stay as quiet as possible. There are some good quiet cpu fans but I didn't want to spend $40+ on only a heatsink , then have to buy a fan too.
