"The car is powered by a massive new 6.4-liter, 605-horsepower V10 engine. Mays claims it will pull the Cobra to 60 mph in less than four seconds and has the potential to reach speeds up to 195 mph.


"You don't want to exaggerate it," says Shelby, "but you could go way north of that if you ever wanted to. If these guys get smart about it, they're going to find out the potential of this engine."
