Web site administration utilitiy

Does anyone know of any free Web Site Administration utilities?  I am looking for something that is either perl, cgi, or PHP. If you know of anything like this just drop a post!!

what kind of utils are you looking for?

I am looking for something that will add/delete mail and ftp accounts.  Tell me that status of the server.  Add subdomains.  View statistics about the web sites.  Edit the errors, edit the Vuser table and all sorts of other administrative things like that.

Something like this..but something that is free!!
