yep, you guessed it - i dont have any idea what php is. im a newbe to it. but uhh.. could someone plz enlighten me?

its a scripting launguage for websites that has all sorts of plugins

also try http://www.php.com. there is an online manual, but it is more like a reference book to me, there are a few good books out there though.

PHPBB isn't a plugin, it's just a pre-written forum that uses PHP

yeah, i was looking through my list of link, and the mysql.com link is right above the php.net one, got them mixed up.
