Two old computers = 1 Good computer

Hi ???;
I have 3 older Tosh SatPro 440 series laptops here, one is working and looks great, the other two I would like to  build one good one from them. One is a Tosh SatPro 440CDT which has a super case, bad screen, and will not boot. I believe it may be the processor. The other is a Tosh SatPro 440CDX which has a damaged case, good screen and a good motherboard. It currently boots to C: prompt. They both have the same type screen 12.1 TFT, same processor (133mhz) really identical except one is a 440CDT and the other is a 440CDX. My question is: Are the parts on these two interchangeable??? Toshiba is no help as they say they do not have any interchangeability data and I was on my own. Any suggestions?
