Default UDF reader for Windows ME?

I know someone with Windows ME, and he cannot read a DVD that was burned with audio files on it. He was told to download a UDF reader, but has found none that say they are compatible with Windows ME. I did a little searching myself, and have found that the only ones for this OS are upgrades or drivers to existing programs that he does not have. Does anyone have any ideas?

That's what I thought, but I saw a comment that someone posted on zdnet.com that said when they tried to intstall it, it locked their computer. I don't know if that person had something else going on that would cause that to happen or what. I would hate to go ahead and install the reader only to have it lock up the system. But wouldn't you think that they would list ME as a compatible OS?
