Default Msconfig for Win2k

I just wanted to make sure everyone knew that we have Msconfig for Win2k posted in our downloads section.

spybot has a built in startup manager... its pretty decent.

umm, the registry seems like the best place to go to check things out. That and the startup folder in the start->programs menu.
