Has anyone checked out this site, it is pretty cool, they give domain name appraisals. Of course it's not going to be completely accurate, but it's neat to see nonetheless.

Wow, talk about a coincidence, someone just showed me this today. This is an interesting website...but seems to give false modesty to someone. I have seen plenty of sites ranging in 90K+, yet most of them wouldn't really be worthy anything close to it (if someone wanted to take over for example.)
