The Scythe NINJA Copper CPU Cooler one very large cooler! The heatsink weighs in at 1015 grams and if the fan is installed that adds another 115 grams. This is unquestionable heavy but not a big concern because of the way it gets installed using a motherboard back plate. It has an all copper heatsink with many fins.
