Follow up:

I contacted Arctic Silver Corp. regarding the sale of the product offered by CompUSA. They informed me they were aware of the situation and that CompUSA does not infringe on any trademarks because they use the name Silver Grease on the packaging.

After doing all this research, I decided to do my own test compairing the Silver Grease I bought from CompUSA with some Generic Heat Sink Compound I bought from Radio Shack composed of Silicone and Zinc Oxide.

I'm happy to report the Silver Grease from CompUSA had a 4-6 degree (F) lower temp than the Generic from Radio Shack. It appears the Silver Grease from CompUSA is NOT bought from the fakes reported on Arctic Silvers web site but instead appears to be a product made by Antec.
