Default i need help with my linksys box PLEASE

i got a linksys dsl routher and i plug in my surfboard cable in slot number 1 computer number 2 and ps2 in 3. and it wont work i would like to b on the net on the computer and play online in ps2. help pls!!!

Who is your cable provider
What is surfboardcable
Does everything have power?

The cable modem connects to the router then the cables go out of the router to your devices

read the manual

im not computer smart all it says on the back is is uplink then hole for a cable then #1-4 then wan. what goes where?

put the cable from the cable modem in the cable
