Default CPU Temp

Where can i find a program that will tell me the temperatures without rebooting and going into bios. One that could like minimize to the bottom right and give me alerts if it gets too hot and stuff.

nice! asus probe is exactly what i was looking for. you can even record it so i can see what affects the temp! right now my cpu/mobo is at 45/39, and both go up about 4-5 during game play, is this too hot?
