Capture card problems...

OK, somone gave me this nice capture card, and after installing it, I get the message "Cannot run multiple instances of a DLL under WIN32s"  I would just click OK, and it would be fine.  Today, I went back to my old capture card(the other was going in my video editing computer) and now I click it 5 times, and I cannot capture in premiere.  I switched over to the program that came with my card, and I see 3 devices under where I can choose my capture card.  Could this be the problem?  Is there an easy way to remove all 3 of my sets of drivers without finding ever file?
