The NAV auto protect functions CANNOT switch ON @@

after i installed the longhorn , the norton AV 2003 pro & Internet Sec,
can't autoprotect , it said some virus or somethings doesn't
allows me to do that,, is it incompatible with longhorn O.o?
fine now , i installed the Mcafee v ,
