Default Power Supply Blunder

I have been having moderate stability problems (restarting once in a great while when gaming for extended lengths of time)
I'm very overclocked right now - and when i run the sandra burn in test it tells me after each test what the voltage and wattage levels are. On the first test, the v's and w's are level and consistant. On the 10th test, they are all over the place, check out the pictures. (they're in opposite order)

So does it mean that my 350w psu that came with my case can't take the heat? Is this good enough? - http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...5&searchdepa=0 I want a quiet psu, but it has to be powerful enough to keep me stable.
