M5405 laptop

Hello im having a prob that i hope someone can help me with. I just bought a emachines M5405 laptop. I downloaded the new Driver 3 game today and my laptop wont play it right. The game is fine until i try to play it. Im having graphic tares! I have the AMD moble sempron processor. But i guess my laptop cant play 3D games. Now my question is, is there some kind of driver download i can get so my laptop can play 3D games? or is there anything i can add to get my laptop to play 3D games? Any info would be a great help!
