How do you delete/rename a file/application that you dont have write permissions to?

I need to get passed Websense.

There is a local, installed version of websense on this computer. It's located in Program Files. I know that if i can rename/delete the websense folder or files in the folder, it will not work.

I need to know how i can rename/delete a file that i dont have permissions to.
