Full system runs about 40 degrees anyone got any suggestions for upgrades, I just finshed the game crysis on very high settings and 1240 x 1024 resolution with over 40 fps

Nice. What LCD monitor did you go for and what heatsink is that? Some awesome updates might be a sound card like the new ASUS Xonar (excellent quality and very bang for the buck) if you have a decent set of speakers or maybe an AKIMBO cooler for your card from EVGA.
