Eudora questions

My ISP just sent me new software. After installing it, my MS Outlook won't work anymore...in fact, the "send/receive" button that is usually on the top tool bar is missing in action. Anyone out there ever seen such a thing?

I can use Outlook Express, but I cannot use any of the features in Outlook period!

Also, thought this might be a good time to try Eudora. I loaded it up and now i can't figure out how to import my stuff from Outlook/Outlook Express. Any suggestions???  Also, for some  reason Eudora will not download my email.  My ISP is a filtered internet provider.  Could this be the reason?  I am thinking that a quick call to tech support may be the answer here.
