Default Pentium 4, How cheap can you get

I went to my favorite computer shop and found out that for 22,000 pesos (51 pesos = 1$ US) more or less 430$ US you can buy a :

Pentium 4 1.6Ghz
Asus P4S333 Motherboard
128 DDR PC2100
NVidia Gforce 2 MX400 32MB
40 GB Seagate Baracuda
Asus DVD ROM
Floppy Drive
D-Link Modem
Cool Speakers
HP Deskjet 656C
Mouse/Keybrd
15" AOC Monitor

How cheap can you get?

Sad part is, I bought my own gear last december for 37,450.00 Pesos...You see, things are depreciating very fast. My gear is almost the same specs as the 22,000 deal, although I upgraded some, like the Motherboard change to Asus P4B533 and trade the 128 Mem to 256 MB DDR, but I feel like I was a fool to trust (Before) that the Asus V3800 is a cool Graphics Card...Gforce 2 was already available that time with a 4,000 Pesos tag on it. Money was the factor I guess.

Anayways, i'm cashing out my 13th month pay this week to get myself an MX440.
