Treo 600 Unlocking!

My treo 600 didn't have an SD card, so I bought a generic one, put it in an formatted it on my phone. I was able to sync myphone to my computer, but I cant see the sd card as an availble drive in my computer. Where should i look? How do I get the two files onto the sd card. I am trying to unlock an at&t phone so i can use it with cingular. Also, do i need to have an at&t SIM card in there to do this or can i do it with my Cingular SIM card in it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Where is the file located? I followed the link in the original post but I can't find the file listed anywhere. Also the downloads list appears to be broken as I am unable to progress past the catagory menu.
