The best way to build, is to start at a place and add to it as time and technology goes on. Of course as you get hold of more $ also. It may take several months but getting to a good spot is so satisfying. Yea!

I know how that is... I've finally pretty much maxed mine out... it was a long road, but ahh how nice it is to reach the destination!
