BitBender doesn't have enough to play the "fair" way, I believe. We however, have more steam than anyone that we can put out if we need. At one point we were putting over 100 votes per day for almost a week. We basically own that topsites for the time being. Look at anyone on the top ten, none of those sites have enough to get on the top ten, if voting once a day.

I don't think they changed the look at all; I think you are referring to the .cfm page that comes up occassionally when it think you have already voted.
