yeah win98 gives full compatibility

i remember when i first got win2k and was trying to get Rogue Spears onto win2k but it just wont run
because it is not supported
wont even work with the win98 compatible layer on

yhea I still run 98 on some of my computers, XP on others. Upgrade the graphics card, and if you want store built go dell. Fully upgradable, the only thing mine has that's integrated is the NIC. screwless case and got a sweet deal at the time. Gateway integrates everything and you end up screwed. Otherwise build it yourself. GeForce ti4200's rock, have one, smears the mx cards. avoid them at all costs if your gonna be gaming.
