jason, leave em alone

smart kid, cause M$ would be more intreasted if you knew ASP or .net, microsoft dosen't care much for PHP. I know PHP, some linux

I know heavily CSS, HTML, Javascript, and especially PHP (I would be considered a guru in PHP). I've made several websites, and made some hefty additions to this one. In addition, I know how to build, repair, troubleshoot, hardware, software, and a multitude of other things. No job offers at all.

What type of job you are doing. I got Technical associate job after doing A+, now i'm moving to microsoft to want to earn more. What currently you are doing as you are too little to think about that. Ok. congrats, my advice to go for other comptia certs also. At least for network+.

Well finally companies look at the thing people can do instead of the age. I have worked with a lot of 13+ kids, not because their age, but because what they know! I know alot who wouldn't hire them, because they are to young.

If you are young, and you know alot, just make sure you sound grown up, so people will actually hire you! ( a free tip )

Yeah microsoft is going to be looking for people with experience with their products and servers. That means microsoft servers, IIS, Outlook and the rest. As mentioned above also need to know .ASP.

Finally, Microsoft does not offer jobs to 14 year old kids.

One of his parents works for MS... so it's possible that they did to him.

I think that's crazy. Microsoft knows better than to give a 14 year old a job... or do they?

Not likely though. There are all kinds of legal issues involved with that, and I doubt a company like Microsoft is hiring 14 year old kids.

I just don't see it. Maybe his parents gave him a project and paid him for it, but being hired on as a full-time employee is just not likely, even if your dad were Bill Gates.
