Canada has a very good and elite military. It's all south of the border. :P

j/k Canada is part of North America so they are as much American as the rest of us. They may not have a massive military like the US, but they have always fought side by side with us without question and with pride and honor.

Actually Canadians on here are pulling a leg or two. Canada has no advance naval Force or any type world class military force. Look it up ! fact is Canada was asking for donations from its Citizens a yr or so ago just to keep its military active.
Canada is fast going 'left' with its PM more left than Krushev and Stalin ever dared to be. The PM is considered a dimwit world wide. The down side of all this is it is costing Canada Billions of U.S. Dollars in Tourism each yr as more and more U.S.Citizens opt to go other places rather than Canada for vacations etc.
With the United States swinging fast to a more conservative status, and Canada hell bent on being Socialist, these two countries are having less and les in common.
Canada also collects upward to 49 percent taxes from its citizens whom are all eager to pay in silence. A canadian once told me that Canadians were too polite to complain.
No Doubt they are too polite to fight also as Canada has now joined Germany and France in opposing the U.S in its terrorist wars. Both Germany and France have huge trade agreements with Iraq, guess Canada must have too.
Canada is a small nation in clout, but does live in the shadow of its southern neighbor, the worlds only super power so with all that in mind they do feel secure sharing our continent with us.

Wow. I honestly thought that this was not a girl that wrote this, but indeed a guy. I am very astonished that this would be coming from a girl...and for that I not only give her props, but major kudos for standing up to that French fry. This proves 2 points...1.) It can take anyone to prove how much love they have for one's country and 2.) That french man was a pansie indeed by stating those issues and then walking away once he was threatened. Seem's like he was going for some back up...needes for a girl...heh. Wait...backup? France...nah. Guess he was just representing what his country does anyway. I mean WWI WWI Cold War...yeah. Reading this just makes me realize even more than before how lucky I am to live in this country, being the best country in the world, period. If France does in fact decide to not back us up and decides to oppose the United States...heh, I wish them an absorbent amount of luck because I sure as hell know that they will be needing it. It is never France backing us up, minus a few cases...It is always vise versa. Well all I know is that this female military person is one heck of a fighter and knows how to make a french fry burnt.

I am just happy knowing for a fact we really do not need any backup at all they are just there to say "hey look at us we are here!"
