Well, to rig it, you'd have to first figure out a way of changing your IP. A good way to do that is to use dial-up... Try NetZero maybe

so i have a cable modem. and the only way to have a changing ip is to have dial up?

The site that is linked got defaced (and it wasn't me, fortunately or unfortunately I'm not sure) so I'd go to it before it gets fixed! I can't stop cracking up.
