You bet I will, but I doubt a response would be forthcoming.  If he does, I will forward to you.

Hijacked totally illegal, You can contact the FEDS and they can check it out, I've seen some website hijacked or hacked sites.

I remmy surfed to my old webbased email and saw "Happy Halloween Hack", I hit the A/C/D to abort the IE browser and disconnecting a modem. I called the company for reporting website hacked, I told them better call up the FEDS, they shutted down the site for awhile. a few days later they finally caught a hacker.

Don't forget, we should get with the media if possible, they make things happen, so why not make them help you?

Well, wish I knew what to tell you, or atleast some good advice. I went to google and did a search for 'domain name hijacking' , then got several pages of places/groups/orgs etc that help resolve these type disputes, they may want money though for sure. Or you may be able to file enough 'formal complaints' with every agency that will listen, just to tie them up for awhile, that may help.

I think I may write an email to the @$$#0|3 posing as a potential customer, but ask him about this saying I read this on the 'net (which I did) and asking what he did about it.

We'll see what he says.

You should know that the information you have here is woefully inadequate and somewhat inaccurate.

1)    The Bill was paid, Netwurx was not willing to pay to renew a domain that was not mine.  The person in question could have easily reregistered the domain with another registrar and POOF it would have been gone.  If his choice is not to do that then there is nothing I can do.

2)    You also do not know that registrars has NO way of moving an account from a partners account to a std account without registering it with another registrars.  He was the only one that could make the change, we put all the contact info in his name for him to do so.

3)  The reason registrars does this is to stop squatting and domain stealing, which this individual is KNOWN for doing.  Netwurx made the threat because he was calling the Netwurx office daily to get them to resolve it and the only way to do it was pay to reregister with another registrars.  Since this particular individual IS a known domain abuser (I know this because him and his associates are doing this to a few of my companies already) I am not willing to associate with or assist him in any of his unethical endeavors.

4)  You should know that the individual did not give the reason he was terminated and would surely not tell the truth because it is clearly domain abuse itself.  I did not register the domain nor did anyone I know.  I simply deleted it from my account.

5)  After review with registrars they have agreed with Netwurx and have found the individuals complaint to be unfounded.

I am sure this string will be deleted because the above individual is responsible for this domain. :P

And just how are we to take you serious if you can't even tell us who you are "concerned citizen".  Kefee has went overboard with personal information and you can't even give us a name?  Sorry but anyone can drop an anonymous tip, I'll disregard that like the trash I think it is.

Well I think at this point some input from Keefe would be a good thing.

Is there any truth in the statement two posts above? Hey guys don't flame me. I know neither you, Keefe or anyone for that matter here personally.

People make mistakes or do things that don't work out the way they plan, things just happen. Do I agree with all that went down? No, do I know all that went down? No.

So what really happened and well let's get to the bottom of it? I would really hate to hate someone when there is no method to the madness, and as well I would hate to support someone on unsure terms as well.

I think some valid sounding points have been made on both ends. So do I flip a coin or ask questions?

PS I think deleting this thread would be an admission of guilt to some extent. Let's play this out and resolve what ever needs resolving.
