good to know that newegg is being liked for their services and prices

how can they improve on their site?
make navigation tabs on the left?
have an interactive forum implemented into the site?

newegg's site is hard to "shop" at.. unless you know exactely what you want or see it on the front page.. it's a lot of work to go through the category thing. Not to mention prices fluctuate a lot which has caused stinkymojo some frustration. I'm sure he'd be abliged to talk about it if he ever comes in here..

I bought my new processor from them simply because they had the OEM version. I usually buy all my stuff from www.zipzoomfly.com because their prices are usually cheaper and they offer free 2nd day delivery. The main problem with Newegg is, like everybody said, their site. If you don't know exactly what you want, then you won't be able to find it. I have to type in the exact model number of the piece of hardware, for example, my Asus K8T800 board, I would have to search for that number and then the bot will find it. That makes it really hard to brouse their catalog.

Well, it just gets annoying to watch your soon-to-be video card go from $230 the 1st day, $210 the second day, then $270 the third day. its like "hello, a little consistency please".
