that isn't exact opposite.. that's the highest level math.. if you got engl 124 or whatever it'd be closer to exact, but whatever.. like he asked, what were your SAT scores?

for the sake of this thread, and since i'm pretty sure james was asking you and not me, even though I gave mine.. you should get em..

and on a side note: it's pretty embarassing when people are talking about what colleges they're going to and you come around and have to say BCC... because once you say that everyone thinks you're a dumb noob, because many of the people that go there do... but i'm saving like $25k by going there and transfering somewhere.. so i'll just have to get over that...

I'm not embarassed at all. Going to a community college and then transfering is a very smart idea. One of the reasons is like you mentioned, money.

didn't say you are embarassed... that whole bottom part wasn't about you..

Community College is perfect for these noobs.. Makes working hard in high school pointless, because CC don't care much at all what you did in school or what your scores were.. only in math and english, but I took 4 years of english and am a spelling god and got into eng 92.. :/ ....

At my school, pretty much everyone but like 5 people go to ASU, about half of those go to GCC, or "Ironwood South" (since it is pretty much IHS students...), and then transfer to ASU... I'm doin that because my grades were rock bottom so I don't get those scholarships.

Haha. To get back on topic...

Being a dialup user myself. I find there is no need to even bother with it. These companies knew from the introduction of high speed that in order to keep they're dialup users, they'd need something new and eye catching. So, to the needy and ignorant dialup user, they announced the world renowned "web accelerators". They buy in for the scam, claim it's faster due to the propaganda the stupid companies offer, and all is well in 56k land. I honestly hate the world of dialup, and when and if I get highspeed one day, I will make sure to obliterate my dialup modem and any phone cords assosicated with it.

Now, back to off topic, haha

Yeah, vee_ess is right. Most people at our HS do transfer over to Glendale Community College for at least they're first 2 years. If anything, it's a start into the college world, and a good alternative to a university. I plan on getting into ASU myself, and hopefully I'll be accepted (once I retake those damn SAT's...grr.)

Hey, vee_ess...I say gloat and show up that person who was bragging about his SAT score...heh. Show him what a real SAT score consists of...
