hey merc "car-puter" thats a good idea. could i buy a DVD reciever with dolby and dts encoder/decoder, then build something like a 1 GHz PC in my glove compartment and rig it up to the DVD player? the only problems i can think of would be like... big bumps.. and the power supply for the PC.. and maybe the size of my glove compartment.

hell yeah it is, i think it was the fourth retrieved thread i posted on yesterday. but thats ok, ill pulled a few old ones up when i fisrt got here :-)

yeah, you gotta watch out for him.... i am one of his friends.... that is, however, an awesome idea to put a computer into your glovebox, or at least rip your glovebox out and put it in it's place. size would be the major factor. i would recommend using a shuttle pc.
