hi helper....i have a treo 600 and was wondering if i need a program for the computer to read the pda?..and what program would that be?

Default 1 million dollard question
would like much to know what happen after one missed electricity during the update (update firmware) my telephone lights more nothing no power up but i can charge battery but my computer charge and no reidentify my phose (whit the usb sync) what to make

what i do???

Default Treo 600 Unlock For GSM
I ran into similar problems performing the unlock as described in this forum. Performed the updates using the tools described. No problem so far. After the update the phone kept reset everytime I tried to turn the wireless on. Kept fooling around, then tried running the ROM Updater, then the firmware update again. Works fine!

Unlike some folks, I did not experience the camera malfunction issue.

FYI, there is a more recent firmware update on mytreo.net. Go in the forum and get it. The unlock described here is FW v2.09. There is a v3.05 on mytreo.net. Need to ask for in the forum marked Unlock Requests Only.

Default DID NOT WORK FOR ME
I DID ALL THE STEPS, IT WENT THRU THE PROCESS, IT FINISH, IT RESET, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO MAKE A PHONE CALL IT KEEPS RESETTING. i HAD TO INSTALL THE ORIGINAL FIRMWARE TO GO BACK TO NORMAL. I NEVER FOUND OUT IF IT WAS UNLOCKED BY THE FIRMWARE UPGRADE. ANY SUGESTIONS?

Hi I was wondering would this work if I'm doing it with a phone with no sim card because he's locked to cingular and I have t-mobile can I still do it

No. GSM networks use the SIM card to identify you, not your phone.

I am seriously not great with technology so was pleased when I managed to unlock the phone!

it all works as far as I can tell apart from the hang up problem that has been mentioned previously. It shows that the button has been pressed but does not hang up straight away.

I have tried looking for the INT 208/209 (whatever that is!!!!) but cant seem to find it anywhere! probably because I am not entirely sure what it is to be honest!

could someone please help me out and provide a direct link to whatever I need to do or give me the dummies guide on how to do it and fix the problem please, it would be very much appreciated.

Default need a little help please
My treo 600 didn't have an SD card, so I bought a generic one, put it in an formatted it on my phone. I was able to sync myphone to my computer, but I cant see the sd card as an availble drive in my computer. Where should i look? How do I get the two files onto the sd card. I am trying to unlock an at&t phone so i can use it with cingular. Also, do i need to have an at&t SIM card in there to do this or can i do it with my Cingular SIM card in it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
