Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600 4GB Kit

Summary and Conclusion:

This Crucial Ballistix DDR3 kit that we reviewed performed very well given its fairly low price with the the listed MSRP around $150 and current retail price of around $110. During my time with the product I found that it was very stable and quite snappy which is to be expected from such a distinguished manufacturer such as Crucial. More than just being stable which in this day and age is to be expected I was quite impressed by the speed packed into a fairly inexpensive 4GB kit of ram. I am personally submitting it for an approved hardware award because I believe that this 4GB kit of ram a great kit for the money, the reason I am not submitting it for an awesome awesome hardware award is that it didn’t blow my socks off it came close and put up a good show especially in the memory latency benchmark but in then end it kept up with its competitors without really leaving the similar components in the dust.I am very excited to see where crucial is going to lead the market if this memory kit is any suggestion then it can only mean great things for the consumer.
