On day three of CES Techwarelabs previewed some amazing LCD panels from LG. LG claims an amazing 2ms response time from them in an ultra slim form factor even for LCD panels. We are looking forward to testing some on our site soon. LG also demonstrated some rather nicely engineered media players and DVD optical drives that will write anything including DVD RAM. Our thanks go out to LG for the awesome tour, thanks Kim.

Heading over to the Sands Techwarelabs checked out a new CPU cooler from CoolIT Systems. Based on thermo electric conductive technology or peltiers, the Freezone boasts the ability to remove over 200 Watts of heat in a simple to install design. Cool IT also offers OEM's a unit rated to 800 Watts that won’t be on retail shelves but might be found inside some name brand retail systems. The guys there have promised us a Freezone very soon to bring you the low down on actual performance and use. Based on what we saw at CES though the guys at CoolIT systems have their act together and the Freezone should be a pretty cool product.
