So what do you do when the hunger rumbles strike and you're in the mood for some rocky road, but you just can't wait to go get some? The answer: you get some now by whipping that tank of LN₂ out of your closet for some downright high-tech ice cream made fast in overclocking style. Grab your KitchenAid food processor, your tank of LN₂ and you'll be ready to stuff down some cookies n' cream in less time than it takes to say Carvell.
